The principals have a combined experience in this market of over 40 years. Our strength is that video conferencing and video communications is our passion and focus. From early ISDN based video calling to the current high speed IP calling – we have lived it and still live it.
Simon has been involved with FaceToFace from the start as founder and now as CEO. He oversaw the development of FaceToFace as the successful Distributor of Codian infrastructure products and the development of software to enhance the Codian experience. Codian purchased FaceToFace in 2008 and Codian itself was acquired by Tandberg in 2010 before Tandberg was acquired by Cisco in 2011 – acquired 3 times in three years! At Tandberg Simon became the Tandberg Global Product Manager for Recording and Streaming Solutions. After the Cisco acquisition Simon re-started FaceToFace.
Garvan has over 15 years’ experience working for vendors and resellers, selling, implementing and supporting video-conferencing. Garvan has always been customer-focused; clients that have worked with Garvan have experienced his broad expertise and his commitment to customer service and sharing knowledge.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the ICT hardware industry, Colin brings a wealth of hands on experience to Face to Face Communications™ with a proven track record for delivering solutions. Colin is passionate about success and likes to push the boundaries with new technologies and innovative ideas. Before joining Face to Face Communications Colin developed a wealth of experience working with New Zealand’s largest telecommunication providers, delivering product and solutions to complex business operations across Enterprise, Government and B2B market sectors.

Jamie's past experience in Key Account Management and Sales in the Telecommunications sector - and her legacy of building professional, lasting relationships with client organisations - make her the perfect fit as our new Business Development Manager. Jamie has a fantastic reputation in the industry for going 'above and beyond' to service her customers. Whilst traditionally she has engaged with organisations in person, we now all have the pleasure of seeing her beautiful smile on video as well! Jamie has a keen eye for identifying new opportunities, is a great problem solver, always puts the customer first, and is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. She is smart, career focused (as well as being a fantastic mum!) always professional, and very loyal - and her enthusiasm is infectious.
Before joining FaceToFace, Jamie worked alongside some of New Zealand's largest Telco's, delivering her special brand of customer service. We are very excited to share in Jamie's successes as she helps FaceToFace Communications cement it's place in the market as a preferred supplier of Video communications, clever AV-Space solutions, and a partner of choice.
